- First of all, I love that this organization enables women to maintain their skill sets and a career while they stay at home with their children. On a personal level, I have been cut back to a part-time position in my assistant work and need to supplement my income with flexible work. While I am not a mother, I feel that I have a skills that would make me a valuable virtual employee.
