MOTHERHOOD INCORPORATED

It's not just a job! It's an adventure!

A network that hires moms in the fields of administration, management and technology to work virtually.

WHO WE ARE

Motherhood Incorporated was created by Sandra Beck, owner and operator of Power E-BUSINESS Builder(www.powerebusinessbuilder.com) , Real Estate Web Library (www.realestateweblibrary.com) and Blog Pod Drip (www.blogpoddrip.com). When the need arose for someone to help not only her companies, but the clients of her companies, Motherhood Incorporated was born. Sandra Beck wanted to assist skilled mothers in supplementing or creating their income so they too could work from home and be near their children.

Motherhood Incorporated is comprised of work-at-home mothers with a wide variety of skills and services. Sandra Beck employs virtual assistants and virtual managers from all walks of life and all fields.

HOW MOTHERHOOD INCORPORATED WORKS

"Motherhood Incorporated is a simple service that connects able people to the work you want done," says President of Motherhood Incorporated, Sandra Beck.

A representative of Motherhood Incorporated will interview the client to understand the full scope of the project. Once the scope is documented, a proposal will be generated with a budget.

Once the proposal is accepted, a virtual assistant is assigned to the project and a deposit is collected from the client.

Depending on the length and complexity of the project, the virtual assistant may or may not be introduced to the client.

The client is apprised of the status of the project. Once completed, the project is sent to the client and payment is remitted from the client within 3 working days of completion.

Because it is so simple, many clients come back to us again and again. And a virtual assistant is not just for company owners and the small businessman, we are finding that managers of companies and assistants themselves use us to grow their company as additional staff.

The ability to use our virtual assistants far outweighs having to rent additional office space, buy more equipment, not to mention payroll taxes, the cost of benefits and the best part of all -- you don't pay for a project unless it is completed! No more wasted office hours.

Virtual assistants and virtual managers spend their time working -- not commuting -- so isn't it time you tried the future of business? Call today to find out what we can do for you!

ABOUT VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS

About Virtual Assistants and How to Use them
"Anything that can be done by phone, fax or email can be done by a virtual assistant or a virtual manager," says President of Motherhood Incorporated, Sandra Beck.

A virtual manager is a person who works for you, just not in your office. They generally work from home or their own office and they do a wide variety of jobs for you. They are an independent contractor which means that as an employer you don't pay benefits, payroll taxes and you don't have to provide anything for the person other than the work to be done.

As a virtual assistant, you set your own price and hours and you dictate the scope of work you'd like to do. You can either advertise for your own clients or you can work for a company that employs virtual assistants. If you have a management background or project management experience, you can hire other virtual's, manage them and get larger projects done for clients.

"Virtual assistants and virtual managers can do a wide variety of projects for clients," according to Sandra Beck. "Here is a small list of the types of things our virtuals can do for you:"

Secretarial Services Research
Word Processing and Creating Presentations
Data Processing and Database Management
Desktop Publishing
Transcription Service
Mailings and E-mail Service
Telephone or Fax Service
Internet and Web Design Services
Bookkeeping and Accounting Services
Purchasing Service
Writing and Editing Services
Marketing Services
Personnel Services
Personal Services
And, much much more. Many virtual assistants hold real estate licenses and can process contracts. They have experience in a wide variety of software programs and can help you set them up or operate them to maximum efficiency.

If you are a virtual assistant looking for a job or a client wanting assistance in an area of specialty, contact us right away to find out what we can do for you! Our rates will surprise you!
